  • De facto relationship matters

Tanya’s job passions include being able to help clients resolve their legal disputes as quickly and as amicably as possible without wasting client’s time and money by commencing Court proceedings.

Tanya considers herself a problem solver and is focused on supporting her clients through their separation and divorce without the need for them to go to Court. Often two lawyers and two clients who are able to work together have a far better outcome of success than those working against each other.

Should the need for Court proceedings arise, Tanya is well practiced in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for both children’s and property matters and will assist you every step of the way.

Often family law matters are a very stressful and emotional time in a client’s life. Tanya feels a sense of satisfaction when she can work with a client and assist them in bringing a settlement to a final resolution on terms that everyone can live with. Tanya says:

“Sadly within Australia, as more and more couples are separating, family law matters are more common. I enjoy working in the area of family law because I think I can make a positive contribution and help people work through the legal issues involved when a relationship breaks down and move on with their lives.”

  • Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Estates
  • Property Law
